Weighted Vest
Vest is easy to get on and off, but it does have to go over your head. The shoulders are nicely cushioned and quite comfortable while wearing. The adjustable straps on the sides are pretty long, allowing plenty of room to make the vest fit as snugly or as loose as you’d like.The weight of the vest is evenly distributed between front and back, including the additional removable weights.I’ve only been using mine for a few weeks, but the quality seems very good and worth the price. It has definitely added some intensity to my workouts.

Great quality and comfortable
I really enjoy wearing this on my walks. The weight is distributed well and it doesn’t hurt your shoulders. The color and material is nice. There is a smell, but it doesn’t bother me. Kind of a plastic smell may be the best way to describe it. The size works well for heavier people and for smaller. Very versatile. My daughter is 130lbs and my husband 240 and they are both able to wear it comfortably

I bought this to train for hikes with heavier backpacks. Great item allowing you to increase the weight as you feel ready. Strong material and straps tightly around you so it doesn’t flop while you run or walk. So far no sweat smell. Lol

FOR THE SHORT GIRLS!! This vest is perfect!! I’m 4’10, under 100#. I wore it for MURPH and it did not move, was super comfortable, not irritating and the length and fit perfect. Highly recommend this vest. All other vest I’ve tried were too long (I’m short waisted), not tight fitting or the shoulders were too wide.

I got the 10 pound version…sounds like it’s not much, but it is giving me that extra challenge. I am building back some muscle that I lost while recovering from meniscus surgery. With my first vest, I started with a four pound vest and added more to get to eight…but this new vest is the current version and I really LOVE it! Walking a two mile trek with my Chihuahua or at the gym on a treadmill- which is a great workout…just increasing the elevation on the treadmill with this on and I start really sweating. The vest secures at the sides and adjusts to fit snugly so it fits the wearer.Sand weight is held within this vest-which I really like- so I just lift it over my head, slip it on, and head out!

I am so happy I bought this weighted vest. At first, it feels heavy but after the beginning of the exercise, you forget you are wearing one. What I like most is the after burn you feel for days .A great asset on wellbeing journey!!!

Hiking and walking
It’s great for hiking and walking you can’t go wrong it doesn’t move or slide around much at all. But if you run fast than a light jog and have a slim athletic frame you’ll have to make some adjustments to keep it tight and jump up and down. I add Velcro straps to pull it tighter and safety pins to keep the straps from coming lose while running.
