Our Recommendations
This bench is ideal for home gym users looking for a dedicated and affordable bicep isolation station. Given the mixed feedback on stability, we recommend users double-check all bolts upon assembly and place the bench on a solid, level surface. Be sure to verify the product's dimensions to ensure it fits your space and expectations. Check all parts upon arrival to ensure nothing is missing.
Conclusion
The ANT MARCH Preacher Curl Bench is a solid, budget-friendly option for anyone seeking to enhance their home gym with a dedicated bicep station. Its high adjustability and impressive load capacity offer excellent value. However, potential buyers should be mindful of mixed customer feedback regarding stability and quality control. If you're willing to double-check assembly and can tolerate potential minor inconsistencies, it's a worthwhile investment for targeted arm workouts.

Setup easy, lightweight, one minor con, overall great product
Easy to set up. If you’re familiar with how the preacher bench is set, then putting this together is a breeze. The instructions can be difficult to understand since there is no specific assembly instructions only numbers that indicate which hole to put them into.Lightweight in design, and sturdy for its build. I mention one con in the video and that’s not rubber/plastic coat in the barbell holder which can scratch up your bar and holder.Overall great purchase for what it is and will be a main focus in my home gym.

100 % recomendado.

Easy assembly, lightweight, and does the job.
This is a light weight preacher curl bench. For me it works well in my garage gym which has limited space. It’s light enough to easily move but sturdy enough to get the job done. My curl bar fits just fine on the rack. This is just one exercise I work in for biceps and this bench allows good isolation. If you’re a bigger guy it might not work well. 5f 7 160# for reference. Assembly time 45mins max – socket and crescent wrench used.

Works fine for what it is, one big issue.
It works for what it is. I’ve been using my schools equipment, however since I no longer have access to it I decided to get one of these for bicep curls and forearms. This ones definitely not as good as the ones at my high school, going from steel to aluminum definitely feels weird and the padded parts are a bit harder but I suspect they will ware. It works, probably should have splurged on a nicer one but if need be I can repair and change this one. Speaking of which there was one big problem as this is why I am only giving it 3 stars. It shipped with wrong nuts, specifically the metric lock nuts I suspect were standard while the bolts were metric, or vise versa. By the way I don’t recommend this, go to your local hardware store and buy the right ones, but I just tightened them with a ranch and pliars.

Use on a cable machine
We wanted to find a better way to do preacher curls on our cable machine, and this works perfectly. We didn’t install the front barbell rack, and just push the preacher bench up to the leg of the cable machine…grab the bar, and proceed with preacher curls. So much better than doing it down the back of an incline bench.

Not sturdy and came with incorrect parts
I would give this zero stars if there was an option.- Horrible instructions to begin with, 1 pager with no commentary or descriptions.- Came with incorrect bolts; a stop bolt was given as opposed to regular bolt. Ended up buying correct bolt from local hardware store.- Even after putting all bolts, bench continues to shake with the slightest touch as seen on video. Not safe and would not recommend to anybody. Really shocked that Amazon provided no support on returns. They should not allow seller to sell such items on their website.

Great item
Sturdy and easy put together.

The arm rest is a bit narrow and unstable.

Great to deal with. Wonderful product that is easy to assemble. Strong, sturdy and very comfortable for using in our home gym.
Jesse Monck –
Easy to assemble and very solid. Easy to adjust. The only drawback is the width of the arm pad. It’s a bit narrow and if you’re doing 2 arm barbell/curl bar exercises, your arms can slide off the sides.

Easy to put together

Only thing that could be better is more holes in the uprights to change the height of the weight bar rest
