Honestly blown away
Background: 29 y/o male in slightly above average shape. Inconsistent exercise routine.I was drawn to this supplement when I saw it contained fenugreek. Fenugreek is called hilba in my mother’s culture and is a popular spice/natural medicine over there. She has sworn by it all her life as being “Good for the blood” and “Good for cleaning your system” as well as even a treatment for many maladies. The one thing she has also said however is that taking it makes your sweat stink. She is not wrong, lol.For context, I’ve been taking other supplements regularly for about a year. Those are magnesium complex, Vit D, Zinc, Vit C, B Complex, and CBD.I’ve been taking this supplement for about 1.5 months now. Half of the recommended dose because it’s hard to swallow 6 capsules a day on top of everything else. I was not exercising regularly when I started. Apart from a slight positive mood improvement, there wasn’t much that happened the first two weeks.The real banger came when I began working out regularly again 1 month in. I was shocked. As someone who briefly expirimented with a 13 week cycle, I can honestly say that I’ve experienced 50%-75% increase in energy levels, downtime in recovery, and speed of building lean muscle and burning fat in comparison to the cycle. The change in libido and overall aggression is maybe 25% in comparison though.I would recommend this to every healthy regular man between 25 and 45 as the only test booster you will ever. The best part is that you are still 100% natty. No hypogonadism or gynecomastia for you or me. 🙂

Amazing
I absolutely love this product and i’m less than 2 weeks into using it. I started taking finasteride for hair loss at the same time I found out I have lower than average for my age testosterone. The first day I kid you not, I felt a massive increase in energy and drive and mood. More libido but it feels like healthier libido if that makes sense. With this product I only wanted to prevent estrogen buildup from finasteride but didn’t realize that it would make me feel the same energy I havn’t had for at-least 3-4 years. Highly recommend this product and will be adding it to my stack permanently. Planning to update my review when I get myBlood work done again in a couple of months.

Not clinical but feels like libido increased
I think this primarily helps with getting good quality sleep which is a precursor to T production. I have used this product a few times in the past and have definitely noticed an improvement in my libido. It may not actually increase T levels – I have never had that checked. I would recommend to anyone looking to try and improve low libido naturally.

Been using this for 4 years straight.
I’m 40 years old and I’ve been using this product consistently for the last 4 years. Can’t speak highly enough about it. Like Jim says, this is not a steroid, so don’t expect steroid-like results. That said, I use it because it helps to keep my sex drive crazy high, puts me in a good, relaxed mood, and helps increase my drive to get stuff done. For me that makes it worth every penny and it’s the main reason why I use it. Regarding body composition, I firmly believe that comes down to diet and following a proper training program with planned progression. However, I do believe this has given me a bit of an edge in terms of performance and recovery, and at 40 has helped me to consistently improve my physique. If you’re looking for a top quality testosterone booster, definitely give it a go for a few months and see what you think. It’s 3 caps in the morning, 3 at night. Pretty easy.

It does work but I have side effects
Just want to aware you guys this product does work my libido goes up but unfortunately I have orange urine and I noticed I have some nagging pain in the right hypochondrium and in the projection of the kidneys! I not blaming this product for pain maybe it’s just coincidence but orange urine really freak me out a little bit ! So just wanna let you know what problem I faced with

ENERGY AND DRIVE HAVE RETURNED
I can really tell a difference after taking alpha Jym for a few weeks. My energy and drive have returned to me. I have more energy and my whole body feels better. With Alpha Jym you get almost twice the dose of other brands. I like that it doesn’t have any extra vitamins in it. I can take Alpha Jym with any multi vitamin or other supplement without worrying about getting too much of anything. I felt a bit tired after the first week but I haven’t had that much energy for a while. My body had to get used to it. I always take with a small meal (Granola/nutra-grain bar or shake) or at dinner and I have never had a headache or upset stomach. All the JYM products are great. Definitely worth a try…

Gave Me Severe Headaches – Beware
I really wanted this product to work, but instead it gave me intense headaches—so bad that I’d wake up in the middle of the night feeling like someone was pounding on my skull. It took me three days to figure out that Alpha JYM was the cause. As soon as I stopped taking it, the headaches disappeared. Everyone’s body is different, but this was a hard no for me. Definitely not worth the pain.

It works with some caveats
I wanted to wait until I use this product for at least three months before writing a review. Here are my findings: this stuff works. I see a definite increase in muscle size, endurance, and even sexual libido. But it is recommended that this product be used consistently to see results so don’t buy one bottle and expect to see results right away. With consistent use and using it as directed, you will see great results. I’m going to take a month off after these three months and will probably start up another three month cycle in a few weeks. Great product, provided that you aren’t allergic to it. (Some reviewers’ have noticed Rashes developing with use of this product; I did not get any rashes so I would assume that those symptoms are due to an allergic reaction to an ingredient. If you get a rash, obviously stop using it.)
