Upped my workouts a notch
For the longest time I kept trying to awkwardly use my bench for workouts require one leg up or step ups, etc. That never worked to well so I found myself changing workouts and things because the height wasn’t ideal. I need something like this product. I finally decided to buy it and was well worth the money spent. I even bought 2 more add on extensions. I am 6′ 4″ so I needed it to be just a little higher to be comfortable for me. Has definitely made my workouts better being able to quickly get the height I need adding or removing a step. The product seems to be durable and I don’t really have any complaint. It works great for it’s purpose!

Helpful during knee surgery recovery
I had ACL repair surgery last year and part of my program in physical therapy was to step up and down with one leg at a time to strengthen my quad muscle. I wanted to work on this at home and needed a stable and adjustable surface to do so. This step was the perfect solution for me. It is just the right size for my size 7.5 feet and is very lightweight. I have considered buying a second set so I can increase the height beyond 16 inches as my recovery has progressed. This is a great tool for knee surgery recovery and building leg strength.

Exactly the same design and build quality as “The Step” brand on Amazon but about $25 cheaper even paying shipping. Although not shown in the add, these have a white logo brand name on the green step saying ZenSports. These stack perfectly, nice rubber grip pad on green step. Best value for money.
