    This book is filled with helpful tips to improve your life. I like how the chapters are broken up by topic, making it so easy to read and jump around depending on what you’re looking to improve. This would be a great gift.

    If you’re stuck in a rut in your life, I recommend buying this book. It’s a hodgepodge of tips and tricks. It gives inspiration and information in a fun and digestible way. I highly recommend. AND check out Liz Moody’s podcast.

    This book got me into reading im 21 turning 22 and i feel this book can be made for anyone just trying to learn something more about themselfs or wanting to find ways to learn to be there for others. Its vary informative and doesnt feel in your face about this is what i know and talks about where you can get more information if you want to dive even deeper into the chapters she has connecting it to her podcast and other knawledgeable writers. I feel for a beginner like me this was great to have because i love learning i love wanting to grow and find ways to do better even if as small as drinking tea befor bed every night.Whats even crazy is i got this not even knowing her or listening to her podcast i was like you know what it has good reviews and i want to do better i feel stuck the beginning off adult hood problem not know what next step to take kind of thing. This had almost all my answers and i loved it just things i wouldve never thought about and i even tried out alot of things in the book already in vary resurved at work i dont make conversation. But i tried her tips right away i saw a massive diffrence it made me feel more confident and i never notice how many little details people notice in me. This showed me this book is not only for my Success but if im going to be the best person i know for me i have to learn to be that for others on my terms and grow with those i choose to stand by my side. Its imporwering to me and guess what this is only like 2 chapters in the book that speaks on this there so much to learn and i feel this is were many can start.

    So much great advice
    I’ve been following Liz Moody on Instagram for years and love her recipes and general life advice! This book feels like taking her podcast and wrapping it up into one resource absolutely PACKED with information from the world’s top expert in basically every field. As someone with a science background, I really love how diligently she cited the health claims in the book. That brings this book steps above the rest in terms of legitimacy and really respecting the reader by not just making claims that can’t be traced back to any real science. This book would make a great gift, and is so beautiful it looks great on my coffee table. I just received it today, can’t wait to dive in more.

    Great information, just don’t love the physical book
    I love Liz Moody’s podcast so I made sure to buy the book as soon as I heard her advertising it. I like how she provides practical tips and evidence from experts to back her claims. This book does a great job of condensing the podcast information in to one place, so I have enjoyed reading it and reminding myself of some of the great info I may have forgotten from the podcast. I try to read one chapter every day as part of my morning routine.My only issue is that it was advertised as a “coffee table book,” and I would say that is inaccurate. The book itself feels cheap – I was expecting photos, higher quality paper, and less writing, similar to most coffee table books. This is more like a traditional book. I would have bought this on my Kindle if I knew it would look and feel as it is. However, if you don’t care much about this and want it purely for the advice, it is certainly a 10/10!

    This book has a wealth of knowledge and ideas to support in helping to recognise and change behavioural patterns, focusing on the mental, emotional and physical.I really enjoy how the contents of the book are broken into mini bitesized chapters meaning that you can pick it up really easily and focus on an area that you feel you want to work on and after reading come away from the chapter feeling that it’s achievable. The book makes it easy to pick and mix what you work on and when.

    I love this author’s podcast and is the reason I purchased her book. She has 100 mini chapters (1-3 pages each) with guests (respected professionals in their fields) from her podcast giving information on how one can improve ‘life’ in the various topics. Now some chapters will likely not have as much interest as others as there 100 titles, but generally have enjoyed (and learned)in the areas covered. I would definately recommend this book for anyone on a self improvement journey – is a relaxing read (and also tune into the Liz Moody Podcast!)
