Easy to use and it works!

It’s easy to use, lightweight, and works well for stretching, core, and arm workouts. However, the resistance feels mild, and the material doesn’t seem built for long-term heavy use. After some weeks, the bands may lose tension or show wear. Overall, it’s fine for casual home workouts but not ideal for advanced strength training.

Simple to work into schedule
A simple quick way to engage your body. I like the tension this creates. I use it every night to get in a 15 minute mini workout that fits my schedule. You have to start somewhere! This works for me. I’m not a gym person as I get intimidated by all of the machines.
