Ring looks good, APP not so much
Not super impressed with the app that runs the ring. I expected it to update once you enter into the app but if you want to know what you are currently at, you have to run each report individually. I understand you can set the frequency of how often but I feel that if you are opening the app, it should run then to give the most up to date. I really wanted it for the sleep feature and so far have only gotten one night with it so we shall see how accurate it is over a few days.

My old smart ring was lost during a hiking a month ago. I’ve been searching for a replacement since then. My top requirement is reliability. Also I’d like to try some new colors like this golden one. It turned out to be fairly good. It will last almost one week with one single charge. I usually do two to three exercises like running a 5-10k during that period. The step count and other measurements are fairly comparable with my smart watch. And I had no problem wearing it for shower and swimming. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Short Battery and Inconsistent
Ring battery does not last long, but most importantly, the rings does not consistently track my sleep. I only wear the ring at night to track sleep, and since the battery dies so fast, and it doesn’t work enough.

Fair choice for a basic smart ring
If you already have a smart watch or something similar, this probably isn’t worth it for you. However, if you want a simple smart ring that will provide some tracking (sleep, Oxygen, heart rate), and don’t want to pay a premium price, this may be what you need. The ring I received is gold, and I can’t say it looks like a fancy piece of jewelry, but works as a simple (if a little thick) ring — I think it would take a little getting used to, to have it feel comfortable, because of the thickness. The app was pretty easy to use, and synced with the ring pretty easily. It was easy to charge, seemed to be accurate and have a good battery.I can’t compare it to any other smart rings, but I ultimately discontinued using it because I use a smart watch that tracks the same info and more. I can imagine using it only at night, if I wanted to track my sleep and didn’t have/didn’t want to wear a watch to sleep.I probably wouldn’t buy it again, but I would recommend it as an option to friends who were seeking a basic smart tracker.
