Perfect for smaller wrists
I purchased the Fitbit Inspire 3 to replace a cheaper knock off brand I bought on Amazon for @ $29.99. The cheaper brand only lasted a year but was adequate for my needs. It’s taken awhile to get used to the Inspire Fitbit but it works pretty well and tracks my steps, swimming, workouts and other vitals as expected. Mainly it syncs with my Humana Insurance and is recognized as one of the brands they track to give you rewards for healthy activity.A big plus so far is the waterproof feature. I swim a lot and can track my movement in the swimming activity or just let it record my movement as steps.I’m not a fan of the watch face selections and have tried a few but always return to the basic format. It does send me emails and updates of my weekly stats plus I can read notifications from texts and apps while on the go. All in all a solid little watch that fits my small wrist and does the job.

Died after 7 months, but Lazarus came back to life, works great!
I bought the Inspire 3 in May of 2025. I have loved it. However, last night I charged it which seems to have caused it to totally quit working at all. I really liked the battery life. It’s features were just what I needed. I fear that reordering this same watch will not last past 7 months. If it would last, I would certainly give it 5 stars.Update: I picked-up my watch to throw it away and it “lit up”. I had previously tried to make it respond so many times. I charged it and it is working great! I guess the moral to this story is “don’t give up on a Fitbit” I have now changed to 5 stars.

A very good device, but setup is fairly complicated since Google owns Fitbit now
The Inspire 3 device itself seems extremely well-designed & put together, fairly intuitive, easy to use, functional & reasonably accurate. It is far superior to the other fitness watches I’ve tried. The problem was setting up the app, a rather exhausting job that took nearly an hour on the phone with Fitbit tech support. Several years ago I bought a Fitbit Charge 5 & setting up a Fitbit account used to be fairly easy, but now it’s a bit more complicated. After Google bought Fitbit they now require you to set up a Gmail account in order to create a Fitbit account to track your activities (unless of course you already have a Gmail account). Another downside is that you must agree to let Google use your data for whatever purposes they like, which was almost a deal-breaker, but I turned off most of the settings, permissions etc.But once I got through the setup, the Inspire 3 seems to work quite well. The only function I’m not sure about is sleep tracking, which is very difficult to measure accurately. But It at least gives you a ballpark idea of your sleep cycles.I’m confident in recommending the Inspire 3 for most basic health metrics.

BEST FITNESS WATCH:)
I absolutely love this watch! It has many functions which I find help accurately track my fitness journey. I really love the ability to seeHow many calories you can eat based upon your activity for the day and how active you’ve been (calories burned). It is by far the easiest product to set up! And the water proof function allows you to live worry free

Awesome and durable
I love this thing!Durability: I accidentally washed with my clothes and it’s perfectly fine after.Functionality: Love the find my phone feature. Worth paying annually for fitbit premium to get sleep stats. Very on point with step count. Enjoy the timer for resting between sets at gym.Comfort: I bought an ankle strap that locks in the same way the og strap does so it’s still able to read my HR and sleep patterns. Kinda hurts in some sleep positions when worn on wrist but when worn on lateral portion of ankle, I don’t notice it when sleeping.Battery: I only have to charge it about weekly.

Helps keep you accountable- small and informative
Having this watch has allowed me to be consistent with my health goals. The screen displays stats that I can customize. The app allows for customization for the display screen. The watch has option for O2 sat monitoring which is very insightful. You can also track your heart rate and the app develops your baseline which is neat to see. If you wear the watch during sleeping, the app shows you how long you slept and how long you were in light sleep, deep sleep and REM cycle. It’s able to provide a “readiness” score based all on your stats. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this watch. It’s not too large and not too little so it is fashionable. Charges very quickly and holds its battery.

Happily replaced my Versa with the Inspire. Highly recommend for improved comfort and battery life.
Comparative review: I happily replaced my Versa with the Inspire. The Versa always felt clunky on my wrist, would clank on my desk or get caught in my sleeve. Not to be dramatic, but the Versa annoyed me daily. Happily, the Inspire feels weightless and I forget I’m wearing it. It fits and feels great. Same fitness, health, and sleep tracking features as the Versa. And since I never used the phone or payment features, I don’t miss that functionality. Battery life is much better on the Inspire. Both the Versa and Inspire connect easily and sync to my phone (Samsung) without issue. I like the Fitbit app and features, which is why I chose to replace the Versa with another Fitbit. Highly recommend the Inspire if you’re looking for a comfortable, petite fitness tracker with a long battery life.

Does not sync for notifications consistently
Size great. Works well for tracking fitness. My only complaint and why I am giving 4 instead of 5 is the fluctuating ability to sync to get texts, calls any notifications from phone. Its ability to do this or not is unknown. Trouble shooting sometimes works. But then when you charge it, it erased all my progress to get it to give me notifications. Then I charge it again and magically the watch syncs. But then next time maybe it doesn’t. Even though bluetooth connected and no in sleep mode etc. Get the watch it you are in it for fitness tracking ONLY. It you need notifications consistently, this is not the product for you.
