Good value .
Product was of good quality with good functionality as a tracking watch for my 2 year old grandson. I feel it was inexpensive for the value. Tested it accuracy and was spot on. Battery lasts all day and the speaker is easy to hear. I put in charger over night .

Great Product to Keep Track of and Keep In Contact With Your Loved Ones
Great product. I bought it for my father who has Alzheimer’s. His iPhone was becoming too confusing for him to use, but I still wanted a way to keep track of him during the day. The watch is a very simple design(only the call/SOS button for him to touch – no way for him to turn it off or reset it – he’s a tinkerer). My daily played self recorded messages remind him to eat breakfast and lunch. A nightly charge will last all day. Being that it has a stand alone cellular connection, I can “call” him anytime/anywhere. Through the app, you just touch one button and it connects you directly to the watch, no need for them to accept the call. And the GPS tracking is as accurate as “find my” on iPhone. The app can also be set to alert you when they leave/return to designated locations or are in a location they have never been to before. The 60 minutes of talk per month seems fine for our needs. But you can easily buy additional minutes which roll over month to month for use above the 60 per month. One adjustment I made was to change the rubber band that came with it for a leather band. It’s not water proof, and I didn’t want him wearing it into the shower as he did with his dive watches. He still has it ingrained, “don’t get in the shower with a leather band on.” I highly recommend the watch.

This watch is a life saver!
Absolutely this watch is a life saver. I have had no problems with it whatsoever. It is reliable, durable and fills an important need, to keep my husband safe! He’s 73 and suffers from LB dementia, and has walked away (a danger for him) more than once, just because he wanted to. Finding him was difficult and scary. He can’t make phone calls. But now I know where he is and he likes his watch too. He calls me with a press of the button and if I lose track of him – even around the home – I can call him and he’s there, no button for him to push because my voice just comes over his watch automatically. He likes it because he feels safer too. Such a win-win. This is money well spent and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. The product support was excellent, too. I highly recommend!

Exactly what I needed. It’s perfect!
This was purchased for a 90yo with dementia. Using a phone has proven impossible. I have an ALEXA that works great and I can “drop in” on her via voice and video. But if she is anywhere other than the living room or her bedroom, she cannot hear me. She loves to sit on the patio, but in TX, it is too hot for her to safely stay outside for too long, so if I am out of the house, I can’t get her to come back inside. The GPS is so sensitive, it can differentiate between which room she is in the house, as well as, when she is outside on the deck. She does not feel that watch is too bulky and it does not bother her at all. She even requested to wear it to bed. The device has it’s own dedicated phone number, so I know that it is her calling in. She has ‘accidentally’ called me, but for my personal day to day, it is not a problem. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Short battery life- very disappointing
I bought this for my mother as a replacement for the standard life alert, as the clip on the old device was broken and caused her not to wear it as she should. The battery life in this watch is HORRIBLE! It has about a 6 hour battery life. Then it has to be recharged. Even if this was for a kid or someone with another different special need, 6 hours is not long enough to get them through a normal day. SO very disappointed. If your loved one needs monitoring for more than 6 hours, find something else.

Great product investment for safety
Excellent product. The cost was more than other available products to safely track an autistic child but when it comes to safety I believe this was the only choice. Money well spent. A+ for service shipping and product integrity.

Great peace of mind
I originally had purchased because my daughter had been eloping from home and school. However the features of this device are so very helpful in every day life. I love that I can check on her when she is with other caregivers and even talk to her if needed. My daughter loves the voice reminders to help her with independence and time management as she has progressed past her elopement stage. As far as the accuracy of the GPS, I’ve never had any issues. I get notifications as soon as she leaves school and can keep track of her transit as she travels home with other caregivers. It even shows the transit speeds, which I love!I did purchase a different band for the watch to make it easier for her to put it on by herself. I use the wearing/charging reminders to make sure she has it on in the morning and charges it at night.
