Customers say

Customers find this fitness tracker to be a nice watch for young children and appreciate its ability to track steps and activities. The device features a lasting battery that doesn't require charging, and customers like setting activity goals. However, the design receives mixed feedback, with some finding it sleek while others describe it as terrible. Moreover, the watch's brightness is criticized for being dim, and durability concerns include reports of the watch face falling out of the band. Value for money is also mixed, with several customers saying it's not worth the price.

Great watch to keep kids active
Great purchase for kids. They love to see their steps and activities and it keeps them motivated to stay active. I love that. It has a long lasting battery instead of charging, having to charge things periodically just makes it more of a hassle.

    Awesome watch
Pros:-Waterproof-Does not have games/internet/calling-Has races against other selected Garmin users-Add chores, alarms-Does not need recharged/battery lasts for months and months-Can set it to use a analog clock instead of digitalCons:-a little pricey but this is the third Garmin watch in my family and the quality is well worth it.

A great starter smartwatch for kids
The Garmin Vivo watch for kids is a fun and practical way to keep them active and connected. The setup was straightforward, and the watch face is bright, colorful, and easy for kids to read. It tracks steps, activity, and even has fun challenges that help motivate kids to move more throughout the day.The parental controls and app integration are a great feature. I like being able to monitor progress and set activity goals. The battery life is solid, lasting several days on a single charge. The band is lightweight and comfortable, and it seems durable enough to handle everyday play. The only downside is that it doesn’t have as many advanced features as an adult smartwatch, and the screen is a bit smaller than expected. Still, for kids, it’s the right balance of simple, safe, and engaging. Perfect for my kids!

10 alarm feature is a game changer!
My 7 year old son has trouble identifying when he needs to use the toilet, and we bought this watch specifically so we could program multiple alarms to remind him to stop and use the bathroom throughout the day. It has been a lifesafer! It is not loud enough to cause a disruption in his first grade classroom and we love that we have been able to set 10 different alarms for him. Many other similar watches only allow you to select a time interval for the alarm (every 30 minutes, every hour, etc.) but with this one we can customize the alarm times to best fit his school and home schedule. Highly recommend for kids with encopresis or enuresis!

Great for tracking steps and activities
7 year loves to track his steps and activities! The app stopped working for a bit tracking his chores and rewards and then we checked it a few months later and all of a sudden it’s back working not sure what happened there.

    Great For Kids
My son is 8, he needs to know the exact time or he won’t wear the watch. You never have to charge this, tracks steps, sleep, and has a variety of challenges in the app. You just download the vivo Junior app to connect it to your phone. My son LOVES to see his step count. It does light up briefly if you hold the button, but not for long. It’s the perfect watch for kids.

    Great kids watch
This has been a great watch for my 9 year old. The waterproof part is fantastic and not needing to re-charge. Only complaint is I wish it had a heart monitor.

    Cheap bands. Not worth it.
Terrible design. The watch bands are cheap and rip. I got my 3 boys these for Christmas and within 6 months 2 of them are lost from falling off and the watch face falling out of the band. They are all obsessed with these but the band is not good and makes it not worth your money.

My child previously had a rechargable watch, that was annoying to remember. This watch was the colour and design she wanted. Easy to link with the app. Initially she enjoyed setting the app with chores and goals. She’s usages that less now but regularly uses the stopwatch and timer functions. Fantastic for daily step count. Perfect for kids. Covers all requirements in a watch. The battery is easy to change.

It’s been about a year since we got this for our son and it still works perfectly.Keep in mind that my son is 7 and ROUGH! He is outside all the time, he goes swimming, plays hockey, hikes, and rough plays with his friends all the time. You would think that this would have broken 5x over but NOPE! only one little scratch.I highly recommend this!I really love that we can also track his sleep. My son has really bad breathing issues at night. We probably would have never noticed if he didn’t wear it at night.

The Garmin Vívofit Jr. 3 is a fantastic tool for introducing kids to a healthy and active lifestyle. Its engaging features, combined with practical functionality, make it a worthwhile investment for families. While it may not have advanced tracking features, it perfectly balances fun and fitness for its target age group (4-9 years old). My son (8 years old) has had this watch for over a year and still loves earning coins for completing chores at home and he likes to beat his steps each day as well.

The watch I bought for the child, the child liked it very much, but when I was operating, I found the defects of this watch, the first one, the brightness of the expression is too low, the expression button is too tight, the child is very difficult to operate, the second problem is that I can’t find where the positioning system of this watch is, the third problem is that when I want to connect to the watch system, the watch display has been long pressed, but I have no effect every time I press for a long time, and finally let me operate it manually, which brings great inconvenience to my experience
