What a great set. I’m a beginner. So I’m doing 1-1.5 min bursts between weight lifting sets. Jumping rope is no joke, I thought it would be easy. Ha!Hoping to build stamina over the next few weeks. Great to take to work or for small home spaces. I love the timer on it.For me it’s better mentally than a treadmill which makes me really bored.Might buy another one for travel/work so I can just keep it in my bag.

Very easy to use the color is nice (pink) 👌 all so you can adjust the length of the rope to your liking.and there are two cordless ball- weighted if u do not want to use the ropes. Very easy to use right out of the bag. I’ve only been using it cordless as I am beginning my jump rope journey. The cordless feature really acts like there’s a rope there. It helps with rhythm and getting into the swing of things. The set timer on the grip is accurate and it also counts the amount of jumps as well. Grip is great. Value is great. I highly recommend if you’re looking into jumping rope. This is a great place to start.
