It works — you just have to commit and use it!
Purchased at advice of my chiropractor for balance, muscle and bone density increase. Sarcopenia (muscle loss) hit me like a tsunami when I turned 76 and I had resigned myself to deterioration. Been using it for a month and am thrilled with the muscle building and increase in balance. I am more confident walking and more mindful about posture and balance. It will be awhile before I can determine if it helps bone density, but what I CAN evaluate tells me this is something we should not ignore. I feel strong and confident enough to have started going to the gym for strength training. It is easy to use and I have gone from a minute a level one to start to 20 minutes at level 10 5x a week pretty quickly. It is rather addictive because I feel invigorated after using it. Just starting on arm work, but have high hopes for similar muscle growth. Bonus: you can spend your time on it doing face yoga and listening to podcasts or music with the built in blue tooth connection.+

This very well may be the best purchase I’ve ever made off Amazon (or anywhere), NO joke
I have a friend who has been mentioning her “shaky” machine for a few years now and how wonderful it is at everything from exercise to pain relief. To be honest I kinda rolled my eyes to myself and though dang, how lazy must one be to use this for exercise. That is until I started going through something called Spinal Stenosis.When I started looking up remedies and relief for this condition that causes me to not be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, I ran into “vibration plate” therapy online and started reading about it. I was interested but didn’t want to spend $300+ to try it. I found this one here by LifePro. I already had a treadmill by them so I knew they were a good brand. At the time of my purchase it was $110 so I see it’s gone up a bit in the last several months but STILL well worth it.Within the first day, perhaps it was just placebo, but my mood felt oddly better. I now use this thing almost every day, anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes at a time, 3 times or more a day. I love to use it right when I wake up. It gives me an extra “lift” for my day. Using it before bed for just a few minutes makes me feel relaxed.While I don’t go use the resistant bands that came with it (I have some I use separately for my exercise routine), I do love the way I can bend or move my body to “target” areas that I want to really feel that vibration. It has three auto settings but I really prefer the lowest which makes you really feel the movements in a more deliberate feeling way. I also like to lean over a bit so it really targets that stenosis-area.What I did NOT expect was for it to entirely fix what had been a VERY stubborn pinched nerve in my left hip that would “pinch” and travel down my thigh when I would step on it. I had tried for months with my chiropractor to fix that. Within one week or two of this machine, that pinched nerve was GONE!My 23 daughter thought it was “dumb” when she helped me put it together, until she got on it. It shocked her at first and the look on her face was priceless! I have the unit near our front door and now she regularly uses it when she gets off work. My son-in-law says it helps his neuropathy he has on his feet from his Type 1 diabetes. My grandchildren also regularly use it. I have two friends who now also have one and they too have similar success stories.I would also like to mention that the company itself is amazing. The first one I got, the screws had some issues with being a bit stripped and another issue. LifePro stands by its products and literally sent me out a brand new replacement!As for the spinal stenosis, that’s taking a longer time to address BUT I DO believe it’s helping. I can stand in the kitchen for a bit longer than usual to cook, and I’m not having to panic as much when I’m walking laundry to and from around the house. I look forward to the day I can go to a grocery store and not have to lean over the cart (spinal stenosis is nicknamed “shopping cart syndrome”, as you can immediately tell if something has it by who’s leaning over their cart as they shop.) I believe in another month or two I may get there and so far nothing else has ever even begun to help my SS, not even physical therapy for months or chiropractic. I will come back and update at that time!I NEVER write reviews this long, and I have to really love something to write one in the first place. I have recommended this machine to so many people. If you are interested in a new way to get your muscles moving, get your circulation going, and so much more, I would HIGHLY recommend this vibration machine.AMAZING!

Made a big mistake buying this vibration plate; the moment it was switched on, started shaking uncontrolably and bad smell like burning started to come out of it. rushed to swich it off, after that machine compleely dead. still trying to get my refund back, paid $717.00 in Australia. the worst experience ever, product and seller are very bad. how can someone be selling this kind of product, charging this much and then simply ignoring the fact that the machine was sold faulty.I would avoid this product and the seller completely, would never buy anythng from this seller even if my life depends on it.

I liked getting it on sale. It feels so good and whole body vibration improves mood, helps circulation of blood and of lymph fluid in the body, maintains or increases bone density, maintains or increases muscles, helps maintain or lose fat, all depending on how long and at what level and doing what, when you are on it. I have been doing the highest level for 20 min using the arm bands that come attached to it. I love the long handle for support as my balance is not great. I hold the handle and the arm band handle in one hand, while doing exercises with the other arm band. Then l switch sides. I also do isometric excercises while standing on the plate , such as clenching and holding my butt muscles for maybe 10-15 seconds then release and repeat over and over. I do various ab exercises, especially sucking my abs in and up and hold holding them in as long as l can. You can clench, hold then release any muscle group while on the vibrational plate, and it intensifies the effect of the exercise. It is a loud machine. It vibrates a lot. It would be easy to fall off, because it moves up and down so much. It vibrates the floor. I don’t know if it would bother the downstairs neighbour in an apartment. The handle is not totally sturdy, but we need it to be on the top button,so maybe that’s why. We have four people in the household trying it out. The oldest members are trying it from the the seated position. You can still use the arm bands (or not)while in a chair. There is a remote which uses 2 AAA batteries for those who can’t or don’t want to bend over to press the buttons on the front of the plate. I highly recommend it. I am so glad l found one l could afford, with a handle for balance***, with arm cables and programs from low to high, and you can set it for whatever time you would like, or can move your foot over to the off button in case you need to stop. That will pause your program, so you can do whatever then resume your program or stop it . You will love it. I used one in the community for drop in sessions, and it changes your body and improves your mood even if you use it 20 minutes a day 4 – 5 days a week. I like using it everyday, because it floods me with feel good hormones afterwards and helps decrease my depression.

Bought this awhile back it has some power it gives a good vibration. I have frozen shoulder been over a year still.not fully recovered use thisnlike I’m doing push-ups on it and it really helps to loosen the upper arm and shoulder up.
