    Working well so far
Connects quickly to Garmin watch, provides accurate heart rate data, and reasonably priced. Great product as long as it consistently stands up to workout abuse. I will update this review if my opinion of it changes.

    Basic and Durable HRM!
I purchased to replace a 10(?) year old Garmin HRM that finally died. I didn’t need the next step up since I don’t have a smart watch, nor do I need the additional running functions. It’s simple and works for what I need, monitoring my HR while riding my bike and keeping an eye on my HR Zones. It paired easily with Garmin head unit and iPhone. So far so good. Highly recommended as a basic, dependable, and durable HRM.

    Quality product, works consistently.
Another quality Garmin product. I got it to go with my Rogue Echo 3 bike and it pairs quickly and consistently.

Basically good with a couple of exceptions
Heart rate accuracy is good and easily pairs with my Garmin bicycle computer.  Contact with skin is improved with electrode gel instead of water.  Water alone allows some HR spikes.  Wash the strap before first use.  I didn’t and got a rash.  Battery life is used from the time the strap is put on until removed.  So if the strap is put on, then you travel 2 hours, exercise for 4 hours and travel 2 hours, total battery use is 8 hours – not just the 4 hours of exercise.

Stays in place without have to pull it extra tight!
My son had been using an older model and was pleasantly surprised at the sensitivity of the new model. It surpassed his expectations. He wishes he had purchased one years earlier. It fits a bit more snugly and seems to be made of a material that has a bit more breathability. Plus it seems to be much more accurate. Great price plus excellent quality.

    Durable
It accidently got shut in my jeep door and spent an hour flapping in the wind at highway speeds. Still works.

Can’t See Real Time Heart Rate in the Garmin App
You have to have a Garmin watch to see real-time heart rate. Their own app doesnt show realtime. It only uploads after you complete an activity which is worthless to me. I had to find a 3rd part app. I found and use Strava

Bought this to replace a brand new Polar chest strap. Polar was giving reading of 235, 250 etc. 85-90 bpms higher than my Apple Watch..1st ride today with the Garmin 200, perfect readout in line with the watch and effort. Go Garmin!
