    All Muscles Said ‘Ahhh’
All Muscles Said ‘Ahhh’Getting older (or just, you know, living) comes with its fair share of aches and pains. My muscles, bless their overworked souls, often feel like tightly wound springs, especially after a workout or a long day hunched over a computer. I knew foam rolling was supposed to help, but my previous attempts with super hard rollers felt more like a medieval torture device than a path to relief. I’d end up more bruised and cranky than before. I was about ready to give up on the whole idea until I decided to try the OPTP PRO-ROLLER Super Soft. And folks, this is the foam roller that changed everything for me.The “Super Soft” isn’t just a label; it’s a promise, and this roller delivers. Unlike those rock-hard cylinders that make you wince on contact, this one has a gentle give to it. It’s firm enough to get into those tight spots and release tension, but soft enough that it doesn’t feel like you’re rolling over gravel. It’s the perfect balance between effective and comfortable.Using this roller is actually something I look forward to now. I can target my tight hamstrings, sore calves, or stiff back without bracing for impact. The 36-inch length is perfect for rolling out my entire back or both legs at once, making the process much more efficient. It allows me to apply pressure exactly where I need it, slowly working through knots and areas of tension. The impact has been significant. My post-workout recovery is faster, my muscles feel less tight throughout the day, and I’ve even noticed an improvement in my flexibility. It’s become an essential part of my self-care routine, a few minutes each day dedicated to showing my muscles some much-needed love. It helps me feel more mobile and less restricted. If you’ve been intimidated by traditional, hard foam rollers, or if you have sensitive muscles that need a gentler touch, you absolutely need to try the OPTP PRO-ROLLER Super Soft. It’s effective, comfortable, and has made a genuine difference in how my body feels. It’s an investment in your comfort and mobility that’s truly worth it.

    Good qyality roller but pricey
The same as my physical therapist uses. I hgave the 3 foot length for floor shoulder stret6ching exercises and it appears very durable and comfortable to use. It is, I think, way overpriced, though. It does not hgave a rem, ovable cover as it may appeatr to have int he photos but is easy to wipe down. Other than the price, a great product.

    Buy Two. Maybe Buy Three.
Rolling my back across two of these simultaneously is more useful than rolling on one. It is more comfortable, and I can massage my upper and lower back at the same time.As for whether the soft foam or standard firmness of foam is better. I don’t know. I own both and cannot decide.I once owned a $2000 electric massage mat. Owning two of these rollers are cheaper and better.I discovered these by asking ChatGPT for the best foam rollers. ChatGPT recommended this brand.

    Great for back therapy
My wife is going to physical therapy for her back and this soft roll was recommended to her by her therapist for her back exercises. It’s very lightweight, comfortable to sit on with your back and very relaxing for your back muscles. I do wish it was a bit softer but maybe with time and use it will soften up. She has another roll which is very firm and that one is hard on her back so I highly recommend this one.

The soft density really helped my wife gain access to foam rolling. She couldn’t use the harder ones, which meant she couldn’t do any foam rolling before she got this one. She also really enjoyed the length of this one as you can lay it along your spine in a stretch that opens up your chest which is very useful for posture problems.

Perfect density and softness for MELT. I bought a different roller from Dr. Health that was classified as “soft” but it was too stiff for me. this one is perfect.
