Handy little book to take to the gym.
Excellent little book that will fit nicely in your yoga pants. I recently started weight training at my gym. I wanted to use free weights in addition to the “machine weights” that the gym offers. So this book offers which muscles work while using different weights with many ways of doing it. I’m 69 years of age and it’s never too late to start.

Excellent Strength Training Guide
This is an excellent concise “cheat sheet” of 130 strength training exercises. The book is pocket size and fantastic for lifters who travel frequently and are trying to get their workouts accomplished in various gyms with often very different equipment (or lack thereof). The book is broken into sections by body part including legs, back, chest, shoulders, triceps, biceps and core. Each exercise has a very clear description and drawing of exactly how to perform the movement. As an intermediate to advanced lifter, there are a good variety of exercises using dumbbells, barbells, bands, machines and cables.I referenced the book today for a new approach to arm day. It had several of my go to biceps and triceps exercises and a few I hadn’t done in several years. It’s a great way to keep the routine fresh and challenging.Worth every penny!

It can organize your workouts and keep you on task
This little book is great. I plan my workouts and can refer to the book to make sure I am using the proper technique. The book keeps me on task and my workouts have become very effective. I am losing fat and gaining muscle. I have it with me every time I go to the Gym

It’s good, but..
I like the cheat sheet book. The only downside for me I think is it doesn’t have how many recommended sets & reps for every workout illustrated. Other than that the book is good

Little gem
I don’t often take the time to write reviews here but this one is definitely worth letting others know about. This book is small and super portable and it’s the best little tool for the gym or at home. It gives you plenty of ideas when working out. I love it! I use this in place of an app.
