    Excellent cross trainer
If you’re looking for a well made cross trainer don’t look any more this is it. Assembly was simple and product is well made for sure. Not harsh on the ankles, knees, hips, and back. Excellent display and simple to choose your workout. Well worth the money spent. Enjoy and get back in shape!

    Experienced immediate results!
I have only enthusiastic praise for this recumbent bike — well made, and of great quality as well as easy to assemble from the enclosed well-written instructions and clear artistic drawings (my husband thanks you Teeter!!). The bike makes this 76 year old feel “almost young again!!!” It is so quiet and my activity on the bike actually feels effortless. I had been using a treadmill and not getting adequate results for my arms and core. This bike is exactly what I was looking for in terms of “total body” exercise and for the ease of motion and physical exertion. Believe me, I could tell the difference in my muscle tone and energy level for the first time after exercising for only 30-35 minutes and that was without subsequent soreness or pain. I might add that this bike has adjustments that will benefit anyone of any age and satisfactorily allow the user to achieve his or her level of conditioning.

    Good machine!
I love this product. It’s a bit bigger than I would like, but it is very sturdy, well-built, and I like how smooth it is. It is easy to use and has multiple strength settings. It is easy on the knees and legs, but works them well. Teeter is a good, reliable brand. I also have the Teeter inversion and like it too.

Easy and enjoyable to use. Seat is up high. Need to step over the frame to sit on the high seat.
I find the the Teeter LT3 enjoyable to use.I however have a few concerns. 1. For me, the seat is approximately 30 inches off the floor. 2. To sit on the seat, I must climb over the 12 inch high frame. There is not much space between foot pedals and the frame so I am essentially having to straddle a distance of 23 inches to be able to sit on the elevated seat. I will try and see if I am comfortable lowering the seat.I did purchase the cushion that was associated with the Teeter LT3. I’m glad I did as the seat is hard.I know the seat does not swivel, am not sure if someone else would be able to get on the seat easier..I am not able to at this time. The above may appear that I do not like this product. I do like it and feel it will be extremely helpful to me. I just am extremely careful getting on the Teeter and feel this is a safety issue.I was surprised that I received the Teeter LT3 one day after ordering. I did watch a u tube video finding that extremely helpful. It took approximately two hours to unpack and put the Teeter LT3 together, with 2 people.I am 5′ 7″. Obviously the seat would be lower to the ground on a shorter person. Seat is easily lowered etc.I did not have any pain or pulling on my shoulder or leg/knee joints during or after using. I am looking forward to using the Teeter LT3. Seemed to be quiet. After I purchased the Teeter LT3, it was advertised for a lower price, I contacted the company and the price was honored. Awesome. When I purchased the Teeter LT3, I would have been responsible for returning at my cost.. so I would certainly think carefully about this item. I would like to have been able to see this set up. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase.I do not know the accuracy of the odometer reading. It says that I had gone 2 miles in under 30 minutes at a slow/ low resistance pace.I did give it a 4 star because of the seat height and having to straddle the base. The Teeter LT3 is extremely sturdy and I do believe is an awesome product.

    High quality and easy assembly
All materials are of durable high quality. All parts are precisely machined and fit together perfectly. Installation takes a couple of hours but instructions are excellent and easy to follow. Nearly silent when in use. Very smoothe operation. Seat cushion is heavily padded and comfortable. Seat height and depth adjustments make it easy to find a comfortable stride distance. This is a fantastic piece of equipment for anyone that requires low impact exercise due to foot or knee problems.

    Great workout!
This is an excellent machine! Smooth on the joints and no noise.. It moves the arms and legs and the resistance it goes from easy to as hard as you want to go! Pay attention to the assembly instructions, and it will come together easily yet the threads on the screws may not go easily, but work with it….. For us, it has been totally worth the money.

    Quality product
I bought this to use post surgery for my at home cardio rehab and beyond. After looking at several options, I decided on this one, and I’m so glad that I did. This is a heavy, well made, quality product that is built to last. I like that it has a console screen and a place for the phone or tablet, and water bottles. There are various settings and options for workouts, and will accommodate up to four user inputs. The most amazing thing to me was how quiet it is. There is hardly any noise at all. This is as good as what I used at the rehab gym, and doesn’t cost near as much as their machines.About the assembly: My husband put it together in about 1-1/2 hours. The directions were straight forward, and the pieces were easy to put together. The main body is in one piece, so it’s a matter of assembling the attachments that make up the rest of the platform, the front, i.e. the console deck and handle bars, plus the seat assembly. The only problem that I’ve had is that the seat adjustment is a bit difficult to lower (quite easy to raise). My husband had to adjust that for me. I’m 5’4” and weigh 108#. The seat and handle bars adjusted to fit me well. I like the workouts, and have tried several of the programs.I do recommend getting the Teeter Mat to go underneath the machine. It will protect the floors and stabilize the machine if you have hard floors. It does have wheels on the back to make it moveable, however it is very heavy (110#) to lift from the front and roll around. I would recommend that you set up the machine where you intend to use it, and not have to move it around a lot.

The instructions on assembly are easy to follow -the bags of screws are labeled for each step. It will take about 2 hours to put together

I got my machine and my husband and a friend put it together in 2 hours. So I started using it 3 days ago.It is a very well made machine and strong. Right now my right foot is not up to par yet as at the end of April /24 I broke 3 major bones in my right foot, so in May/24 I had 2 foot surgeries to repair the broken bones. I still have pain with that foot. So I ordered foot extenders to stabilize my feet on the elliptical, which I think it should be provided with the elliptical machine. But over all the elliptical is smooth and very quiet. So far I am doing quite well with it.

We debated in the FreeStep for months and finally decided to buy it. We couldn’t be happier! It’s a great all over body workout and we feel so good after we’ve worked out. We’ve had other cardio machines and weren’t happy with them, but we couldn’t be happier with our FreeStep. We want to workout and we enjoy our workouts which is half the battle! Highly recommended!
