Wanted something to strengthen and maintain hand strength/grip. Did not need something a body builder would need…just something to off set age :). Product fit the need. Appears durable enough for regular use by a regular person. I have small hands so the fit is a little big, but it’s certainly workable. The only thing of note is the “counter”…it’s just a cheap plastic flip thingy and you can tell by the feel it’s destined to break. This is not of importance to me and is not a deal breaker.
