Perfect for Beginners—Clear, Organized, and Fun
This Wall Pilates card set is a thoughtful and well-executed system. The cards are high-quality, durable, and glide easily on the included metal rings, making it simple to flip through and organize your workouts. The color-coding and difficulty star system make it easy to select exercises that match your ability—and they help prevent burnout by keeping you in your comfort zone while still progressing. The instructions on each card are clear, but if anything’s confusing, the QR code links to a helpful video demo. That combo—visuals plus explanation—really boosts confidence and prevents injury, especially for beginners like me.I’ve mainly been using the level 1 warm-ups and beginner sets, and let me tell you—I’m feeling it! But the “bite-size” nature of each exercise makes it easier to stay consistent. I love that I can fit short workouts in throughout the day instead of blocking out a long gym session. It’s been a great motivator to get up and move more often.I’ve mostly used the cards on their own, but the 5-week challenge, eBook, and “Wall Pilates Poker” game definitely add extra value and variety.I’d absolutely recommend this set to anyone who enjoys working out independently, whether you’re new to Pilates or just looking for a low-equipment, high-flexibility home workout. Of course, if someone has any medical concerns, they should consult their doctor first—but for the rest of us, this is a great tool for movement, strength, and motivation.

Easy to use for putting my own routine together.
As a beginning student of Pilates, I have found these Wall Pilates workout cards to be extremely helpful. I love how everything I need for each exercise is all self-contained on one card. There’s an illustration of the exercise, a body key showing which muscles are involved, clear instructions on how to perform all the moves, and helpful tips to make it easier. It’s very complete and yet also very succinct. There’s a lot of information on each card, but the cards are big enough that I can see them pretty well. But one of the best features of this set is that there’s a QR code on every card so I can watch a video for that particular card’s exercise demonstrated by a super-fit Pilates Master who provides all the nuances of the posture and how to perform it. Once I have watched the video, the illustration on the card will remind me of the move and how to do it.These sturdy, laminated cards are very organized and color-coordinated by body part – Lower Body, Upper Body, and Core. Additional cards provide warm-ups, cool-downs, and workout routine suggestions. Two rings are provided so I can attach the decks together and keep them contained.I think this card deck is the perfect way to learn how to do Wall Pilates exercises. It’s small and easy to work with. I can pull out the cards for just the exercises I want to do and create my own workouts with them. There’s even a bonus yellow card with a QR code for a free Wall Pilates ebook! Nice!

Pilates Made Easy (and Kinda Fun, Too!)
Where have these Pilates cards been all my life?! This set comes with everything you need to get started — seriously, there’s so much packed in, I’d need a whole second review just to list it all. Each card is super beginner-friendly. The front gives you a quick breakdown of the move (simple enough to follow mid-workout), plus a handy QR code that links to a video — perfect for visual learners like me. Flip it over and boom — you get a more detailed explanation. One of the best surprises? A free ebook loaded with extra info, including breathing techniques that really helped me understand the flow of the exercises better. It’s like a mini Pilates coach in your pocket! Also gotta give a shoutout to their customer service — They got back to me almost immediately. So rare and so appreciated. I had reached out because I didn’t think I received the ebook, but actually I did. (it went to spam) They emailed me another one right away.If you’re thinking about getting into Pilates or just want to spice up your routine, these cards are a total win. Highly recommend!

easy to follow directions and illustrations with QR code for video
The wall pilates workout card set from the Flow Dare store is a complete workout package. I have practiced yoga for several years and have thought I needed to add a little pilates to my normal sun salutation workout. This card set has been an easy-to-use introduction to wall pilates. The exercise cards are glossy heavyweight cardboard attached with a binder ring in the top left corner. Each card features one exercise with an illustration on one side and easy-to-understand written directions on the back. The front also has a QR code that, when photographed, takes you to a short video of a person performing that particular exercise. The cards also give a helpful illustration to show what muscles will be worked during the movement. There are workout cards that give the numbers from the suggested exercise cards with the reps and sets. The five-week challenge cards suggest using a dry-erase marker to follow your progress, and the marker easily wipes off. I am on the second of five weeks of my “peachy glutes” challenge, and am enjoying the journey with the help of the Flow Dare set.
