At my gym I had a more expensive brand that had more cushioning than this brand. But I bought this at about 1/2 the price and it works for what my needs are. I did cut up some foam for the two smaller sizes for cushioning and it works great.

These have been really good for working out knots in my back as well as spinal mobility. You do need the different sizes to get different pops out of the spine. Very happy with the quality.

Do NOT fall off it
Works really well for stretching and cracking the back and upper shoulders. However, do not fall off this thing! I came off it trying tI roll out one shoulder, came off it, the wheel fell on it’s side and I fell on top of It. Hurt so bad and still in pain on the side of my back that fell on it. I’m returning this and going back to my wide textured roller.
