The progressive resistance allows you to gradually decrease assistance as your strength improves, leading you to unassisted pull-ups. The dual footrest is a significant upgrade over traditional single-foot loops, preventing instability and promoting correct muscle engagement. With its focus on high-quality, durable materials and user-friendly adjustability, this kit provides a comprehensive solution for building the strength needed for pull-ups, chin-ups, and full-body conditioning.
Our Recommendations
This kit is highly recommended for individuals at any stage of their fitness journey. If you are a beginner who cannot yet perform a pull-up, start with all three bands for maximum assistance. As you get stronger, remove one band at a time. For experienced athletes, use one or two bands to push past plateaus and increase your repetition count. Always ensure the carabiner is securely fastened before beginning your workout.
Conclusion
The Pull Up Assistance Bands kit is an exceptionally effective tool for anyone looking to master the pull-up. Its focus on safety, comfort, and progressive training makes it ideal for both beginners building foundational strength and experienced athletes aiming to increase their reps. The combination of adjustable resistance, a stable dual footrest, and durable construction offers outstanding value. If you want to accelerate your upper body strength, this comprehensive system is a fantastic addition to any fitness routine.

Awesome product.
This is a great item. I can do 10 chin ups but could only do 3 strict pull ups. In my new routine I use 2 bands of support and then 1 band of support. Last few sets are unassisted. I can now do 10 strict pull ups. Set up was easy. Changing resistance support takes 2 seconds. It works great and is way more stable and functional than just using bands. Definitely recommend this product.

A good assistant
It is a good product. It is strong. It is easy to assemble and operate. My satisfaction comes from that it can be operated easily enough by one person. The place to put your legs in stays open by themselves allowing the user to put their legs in without assistance.

Shorten the total length as much as you need to get enough force to do a full pull-up.
I have been trying to figure out how to get this to work for me. I am 6’1″ or so. I found a pullup bar outside of work that I can just barely reach. I put the strap around it and connected all of the bands. I couldn’t step into it. I then unhooked the bands except for one put one foot in and pushed it down to the ground, I then added the other two exercise bands back. I tried at different lengths and even what I thought was the shortest wouldn’t allow me to do a full pull-up. The pics you see show pretty much the same. They aren’t doing a full pull-up because the tension gets less as you lift yourself up so it is hardest at the top. I finally fixed it today. I found that I could shorten the strap by putting the hook into the metal half circle pieces of steel where the stretch bands connect. That made it just short enough for me to do about 4 full pull-ups. I’ll try to put a picture of the setup in here when i get my phone. Whether this will work for you depends on how far you can stretch the bands, the longer the stretch the easier it is for a pullup. Maybe you are really strong and don’t need them they way I do. I hope this helps.

Well made. Works great with pull up bar.

Good idea, but…
I tried using this instead of a giant rubber band stretched across a power rack w/pull up bar. This device is not better than a band and less stable. With this device, because it is suspended from a bar at a single point, it is actually a pendulum. I have a lot of difficulty trying to keep myself stable and in and up and down motion as opposed to swinging back and forth. Probably would be ok with a spotter.

excellent quality, everything seems to be very solid. I have no worries about it breaking while being used, which was my number 1 concern while looking for something like this.

Está bien pero no trae el mosquetón grande, no es como la imagen, eso implica mayor desgaste en la banda
