Great Simple Home Gym Option
I received this about two weeks ago and just assembled it a few days ago. The packaging was adequate and the assembly instructions are excellent. It took me about two hours start-to-finish to set this up. I have already used it twice and it is an excellent elliptical machine, albeit a simple one. It does not plug in to a wall outlet, but has a small internal battery that is charged by exercise. My only concern is longevity, but so far this has been a great purchase for my home gym.

Solid Machine Love It!!!
I’m glad I purchased this elliptical machine, I am very happy with it so far. It was pretty easy to assemble by myself; it took a couple of hours. Some of the screws were already in the items that needed to be placed on the machine so that was a little tricky but once I figured that out it was smooth sailing. Extremely pleased with my purchase, thank you!

Not perfect, but I would recommend it somewhat highly
I have had this for about a month now and use it almost every day. It has a smooth glide with very little “up and down”. It is pretty light, so it can wiggle a bit during a session, however. It is COMPLETELY silent and looks very nice.My main complaint, however, is that the handle bars are a bit low, forcing you to take a slightly hunched posture while using it. I have neck and back issues and try to concentrate on straightening my back as much as possible during workouts, and this eliptical does not allow for that. For reference, I am about 5’7”.Overall, I would absolutely recommend this item. The silence, smooth glide and nice looks more than make up for the admittedly nit-picky complaint about the arms.

My original review noted that one of the bolts broke with less than 30 days of working out. The Merach customer service team made it right in less than 5 days by sending a whole new elliptical. The new unit works great so far!

Clicking Noises 🙁
I purchased this elliptical and my husband set it up according to the instructions..I was really excited to use it and then it started making a clicking sound. At first, I was going to ignore it after troubleshooting and move on with my life. It was a cheap elliptical after all. But the sound has gotten progressively worse after only a couple of workouts, so even if I can make an adjustment to quiet it, I will be adjusting it every few days. Additionally, the price dropped 100$ a few weeks after I purchased it, and Amazon won’t offer me a price adjustment unless I send it back in the mail. I spent 40 minutes on hold, that I could have been working out, to try to troubleshoot both issues. :(It’s so disappointing. I’m going to contact the customer service of the manufacturer and then if they don’t help me to fix it (without un-assembling and shipping back the entire elliptical, which I can barely lift!!!!) I guess I will return it. I will edit my review if anything changes.

More than I expected
6’1″ 280lbsI was looking for a commercial gym feel and this definitely doesn’t dissapoint. There is no luxury like working out at home.Unboxing it was more difficult than putting it together.

Solid, quiet, effective elliptical
I am quite happy with this elliptical machine, however, it took my husband and I over an hour to assemble. The directions weren’t quite as simple and straightforward as advertised, but still…a very good elliptical machine. The stride length (18.5″) is perfect for my 5’7″ frame.

They shipped it with two left feet. Solid customer support from Joe, who ensured I got the right replacement sent, and confirm with me on which screws to remove so that I could install it properly to my machine.Not as good as the previous elliptical I bought from these guys, but it’s ok. Really good customer support from this company though.

Produkt ließ sich gut zusammenbauen und wurde dann von mehreren Familienmitgliedern getestet und für gut empfunden. Die Anzeige des Computers ist gut lesbar und entspricht unseren Erwartungen. Über die Qualität und Haltbarkeit können wir nach so kurzer Zeit noch keine Aussage treffen. Aus unserer Sicht ist die Preisleistung völlig in Ordnung.

Sehr stabiles Trainingsgerät. Trotz Gewicht und einer großer Körpergröße super geeignet. Super leise und optisch ansprechend. Das war eine gute Kaufentscheidung.Ich trainiere auch nachts, da man übergreifend nichts hören kann. In der Beschreibung steht, dass ein Mädchen das Gerät allein aufbauen kann. Ich empfehle jedoch eine zweite Person – das ist entspannter 😀

Der Crosstrainer ist perfekt! Supergute Schwungbewegung, die Knie werden gut durchrotiert, was ich bei der Schrittlänge auch erwartet habe. Absolut leise. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Würde ich wieder kaufen.

Das Paket kam per Spedition und war ordentlich verpackt.Der Zusammenbau ging grundsätzlich einfach.Wir hatten nur Probleme mit der Befestigung des Monitors. Wir haben die benötigten Schrauben nicht gefunden und die Schraublöcher passten nicht zur Halterung.Wir haben dann den Kundenservice kontaktiert via E-Mail. Dieser hat sehr schnell reagiert und die richtige Lösung gehabt.Die Befestigungsschrauben sind am Monitor verschraubt und können dort herausgeschraubt werden. Dann hat man auch die richtigen Schraublöcher (8 Stück für verschiedene Halteplatten) für die Befestigung an der Halteplatte.Gerät topKundenservice top
