Nice
We’ve had this for a few weeks now and are enjoying it immensely. We are beginner rowers. It is really lightweight and easy to stand up if we want, the glide of the seat is smooth, it is nice and small compared to my inlaws concept 2. Exactly what we were looking for to fit in our small home gym. I am having trouble getting the display to work but I track the workout on my garmin watch so that hasn’t been a big deal so far.

Great rowing machine for the price!!!!!
Easy to put together and relatively lightweight. Good , easy to follow instructions. Had to get this bc I needed some form of cardio at home other than walking or running bc of plantar fasciitis due to weight gain. Great workout. It’s very quiet and I can use it in the early mornings without waking the entire household. That was most important.

foot pads to high
well constructed, easy assembly, the foot pads are high requiring you to lift the hand bar over your knees. I raised the back rail higher so I did not have to squat so low to sit.

great product
The 350 lb weight limit and magnetic resistance make this rower sturdy yet quiet. The LCD monitor keeps me on track, and the foldable design saves space. Feels like a high-end machine without the crazy price. 5 stars!

exactly as advertized
The unit is well packaged and arrived completely intact and undamaged. The package is very heavy so be prepared. Assembly is relatively simple, and the instructions are well written with pictures. The hardware and tools are well packaged and easy to use. Assembly time is about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. It’s best to assemble it where you intend to use it.I’m very well satisfied and consider it a good purchase.

Steer clear of this in my opinion
It’s a pain to un-pack- pain in the butt to put together, it’s good, if you’re older and just looking to get a workout that isn’t too boring and to move your body a bit, it’s good. The problem is the resistance, once your body gets used to the resistance, the only thing left is to workout longer and longer because the resistance isn’t great. I think it simulates rowing a boat on a nice calm day but don’t expect to gain muscle. I really wanted to get a great full body workout with this thing but it’s more of a cardio thing for me. I’m an in shape adult male in my 30’s. If this had twice the resistance, it would be so good. The resistance is about….20lbs maybe. Still good but a bit disappointing honestly.

I am just coming up to 68 and bought this because I was getting problems with my knees using an exercise bike. It was reasonably easy to put together although it would be better with 2 people unpacking it. It feels very sturdy and takes up less space than I expected. I have only done a couple of sessions so far but it feels a lot more comfortable than the bike and has the advantage of working more muscle groups as well. I find the display to be OK so far but have not checked how accurate it is yet. I am taking it gently to start with but already find it comfortable to use and am bale to get into a rhythm by setting the resistance so that I am not not putting to much pressure on my body. As time goes on expect to increase both time and resistance to help with muscle strength and weight loss.. I particularly like the heel support on the pedals as it makes your feet feel more secure.

Around 20-25min 4-5 times per week, after running has helped me my overall posture and performance

For Christmas food fat burning. Very easy to install and put up, save the journey to gym and could work out anytime at home, super product.

Not the most expensive machine out there. Quite the opposite really. But good value for money I think. It was fairly it easy to assemble. It does store upright but has a large footprint even then. The monitor does not fold for storage as stated. It only rotates slightly on an arm. Also, it only has one button, in the centre. The four around the outside are just for show, glued on. The rowing action is good and it is fairly quiet. I find the cradle for the handle too close to me; I hit it every time I come forward on my stroke. The counter is only that, very basic. It only counts up. You cannot set any kind of countdown. It has no audio function. Honestly I think it’s good for the price and if it lasts it will be a bargain.

I’ll echo the other reviews here, with the caveat I’ve only put a couple of hours in since it arrived about a week ago.It is very solid, the metal parts are heavy duty and the welds are really good – there’s very little play or wobble in anything. The resistance can go as high as most normal humans would want it to! Level 15 will certainly get you burning. It is very quite and the action is smooth. It’s absolutely fine for me at around 6’2″ and I’d say you’d be fine at even taller, I don’t feel like I’m at the comfort limit.I was a bit hesitant to get a magnetic rower as I was really after air resistance – but I have to say I don’t regret the purchase at all. It’s on the hefty size and things like the screen housing are way bigger than needed but overall this is a quality and rugged machine at the right price.
