Helpful Roam Roll!
I first encountered something like this at the chiropractor’s office. She said something like this could help with mobility and stretching of my back muscles and back joints. It took a while to get here but it got here safely and in one piece. The foam is very light and feels like it would be cheap styrofoam, but it isn’t! It hasn’t compacted at all with the way that I’ve been using it and has helped me do great stretches. I also like the color- it goes with my other fitness gear. I think this will last for a long time and help me stretch muscles I otherwise couldn’t!

Good post workout
My husband uses this more than I do because I really need one that’s smaller with handles, but this is great for his back and even his legs post running. It’s thick, thankfully, and can withstand kids goofing around. It’s very firm, no give it stretch to it. If you have a smaller reach like I do, it can be hard to move it as needed, but not impossible

Purple, not mauve
I liked the lighter, mauvish color shown in thr photos. However it is a true purple (think plastic easter egg). Still light enough that my name in black permanent marker will show up, just as well as (but not better than) it would on blue. Definitely not in the same color family as warm pink/mauve yoga mats. So, the extra I paid for color was a little disappointing.

Perfect if you want something super firm (no squish/give to it)
It’s nice and sturdy, doesn’t squish at all under my weight, which is perfect for physical therapy. The purple color is the same in person as it is in the images, at least on my screen. No surprises, nice quality.

Too dense and harder than expected (hard as a log). I must have missed this in the product description. I place a cushion over it before using it.
