Would I Buy This?
The quality and grip on these gloves are excellent for a beginner weight lifter like me. They are constructed from mid grade materials which has been great for me over the past few months. The padding protects my hands from the metal on my Peloton weights. My only point of irritation is the fact that they sit so high on the wrist that they often hit the button on my Apple watch. I’ve started just wearing the watch upside down which fixes the issue but isn’t ideal.Would I Buy This? Great hand protection
I’ve never owned weightlifting gloves before, but I felt that I needed a pair after I started to develop callouses on my hands from the weight bar. The last time I lifted weights seriously, these callouses formed and were present for years. I am happy to report that these gloves solve the problem. They have a nice strong cushion right where the bar connects below the palm side of your fingers. When I’m lifting, I now don’t feel any damage happening to my skin. It actually makes the bar easier to grip and feels a lot better in my hands. Also, unlike just regular gloves, my hands don’t get hot while working out. Additionally, I like the little string pulls between the fingers that make these gloves easier to take off after working out. It would be a lot more difficult to do so without these pulls. The strong velcro straps are also nice because I can make the gloves tight and secure. All in all, these gloves have been a great solution for my lifting

Good for the casual weightlifter
I work out 3-4 times per week (and have for years), and I’ve have been through many pairs of weightlifting gloves. I would rate these as average quality based on my experience. The fit was true to size, but the finger section was a bit loose – even though the palm was snug. This wasn’t a huge negative, but something to consider. The gloves were comfortable and seemed fairly well made, but for me the wrist straps were a problem. If I’m going to have straps on a glove then I want them to give real support. The material used for these wrist straps was very stretchy – too stretchy – and even when you tightened them all the way, the support was far less than I’m used to with other gloves. For the casual weightlifter who just wants hand protection, these will work fine, but they’re not for really rigorous workouts. My rating would be 3.5 stars if that was an option.

Excellent workout/lifting gloves with effective wrist support. I strongly recommend these!
These workout and lifting gloves fit great, provide excellent wrist support, have protective padding for hand comport, and they look sharp. I’ve also found them to be great when worn “reversed” so that the padding is on the backs of the fingers, knuckles, and hands and used as a simple boxing glove with a wall-mounted boxing machine/trainer/workout system. That system came with it’s own basic gloves, but these are so much better due to the fit, the padding, and the wrist support. (the last picture shows them being worn in this reversed style for boxing training)While they seem to be very durable and should last for a long time, I am a little concerned that using them in reverse as boxing gloves may wear them out more quickly than I hope. If so I’ll be back with an update!

Good support, good grip, perfectly strapped.
No slips, no moisture, good grip, support of the hand and wrist with excellent movement and strength. I feel fully supported in my wrist. They are easy to put on, flexible and made well. A must to be added in with weight lifting. The padding feels good, nice price range as well.

Great for men and women alike
These hozmoz weight lifting gloves are a must-have for anyone serious about their workouts. The full palm padding is just right—not too bulky, but thick enough to protect against calluses and improve grip on heavy lifts. The material is breathable and fits snugly without feeling restrictive, even during high-intensity sessions. The wrist support is a standout feature. The integrated wraps give my wrists the stability I need for pressing and pulling movements, especially on bench press and deadlifts. It’s a great all-in-one solution for people who want both gloves and wrist wraps without needing separate gear. They’ve held up really well through repeated use, and they’re easy to clean. Whether you’re lifting heavy, doing CrossFit, or just looking for extra comfort and grip, these gloves are a great investment.
