A complete waste of time and money.
I usually don’t write reviews, but this has to be said.. Unbelievably bad! The stretch cord is barely 1.5 feet long. The whole thing is incredibly flimsy. I returned it. Do not waste your money.

The tension is good for my shoulder recover. It’s not to tense and is when nessacary. Also make sure you’re feet and securely fastened or else you’ll get whipped in the face like I just did.
