Convenient, effective, but not easy to swallow
I’ve been taking these creatine capsules for a while, and they’ve been pretty convenient. I used to use the powder version from the same brand — it worked great, but it was a real hassle to mix. I had to use warm water and stir it constantly just to get it to dissolve, and I even got a little scoop just to measure it out properly. The capsules are way more convenient in comparison. I usually take two before my workout. In terms of effects, I’d say it feels pretty much the same as the powder version. If you’re new to creatine, don’t expect a dramatic boost like with a pre-workout — it’s more about steady strength support and helping with recovery. Creatine isn’t something that gives you an instant rush, but it’s definitely one of the most effective and safe supplements you can use long-term.The reason I gave it four stars is because the capsules are honestly huge. One time it actually got stuck in my throat and took a while to go down. Taking two at once is kind of a challenge, and considering you need multiple capsules a day to hit the usual 5g dose, it’s not a pleasant experience.

These are amazing quality and have done so well for my stomach which I was very concerned about. No indigestion or discomfort. I already see a difference in my pain levels and focus. I work out and exercise but I didn’t get this creatine for those reasons in particular but they do help with my resilience and I can go longer and lift without getting tired easily. The difference in the issues with my back and the pains and cramps I was getting is fading quickly though and that’s exactly why I wanted to try these. Creatine really does have so many benefits and these are really worth the purchase.
