    Really good common sense exercises . My sister turned me on to these dvd’s. Low impact , excellent for seniors & the instructor is very good. He moves right along & makes the exercises fun .I highly recommend this series.

    Best for balance
    At first I was skeptical about this disk; the trainer who leads the exercises seemed a bit strange. After a while he started growing on me and his routines are excellent for improving your balance, which I was looking for.
