Good variety, only one can be tuned
Preparing for a spartan race and needed something to work on my grip. The best thing here is the pistol grip thing with the spring; you can tune it to your desired level of strength. The other things are kind of fun and a lot of variety, but you can’t increase the level of them, so they aren’t quite as useful. But overall, I’m happy with the set and think it will help me.

Have been using this for almost a week and definitely have seen improvements with my forearms. The whole set was a surprise as all I wanted was the gripper. Very easy simple and portable. Use this at my desk and already doubled the grip I started with.

You kind of get what you pay for. One of the grip strength things got way weaker pretty quickly. The one with individual fingers makes a shrill squeaky sound. But overall not bad for the price.
