Overall Excellent, Just Wear Something Underneath
Would not recommend directly on skin, as it kind of bites, but plenty of bands are like that anyway. No biting whatsoever with just a layer on underneath the band, even if you’re doubling/tripling/quadrupling up bands, which is awesome. As long as you’re wearing something underneath, they’re totally comfortable. They do have a strong rubber smell when first taking them out of the packaging , which is totally expected with rubber. Just space and leave them out for a couple days or so and its just vanishes entirely on its own for these.Been making consistent progress with the bands, each one has held up for nearly 4 months now with zero sign of wear or losing its resistance. A pack of the black ones and a pack of the multi color/”weights” bands basically lets you do the equivalent of larger plates + your incremental smaller plates. Overall impressed with the quality thus far. Highly recommend.

Work well for therapy
I bought these because I have an injury causing semi-paralysis to my leg. I wanted something that would allow me to perform strengthening exercises for the joints of the leg. These work great! When I showed my therapist my methods of using my cane to brace one end of the band while performing the various exercises she wanted me to do. She wanted to make a you tube video of me for other patients – I declined. The various thicknesses have allowed me to move up in resistance as my joints have strengthened. In any case, these are worth the price and perform as expected.

These work just fine!
I needed these for physical therapy for my hip. There were different strengths. These were WAY more comfortable than the plastic strap that they sent home with me. These do not bunch up like the plastic strap did.

Better than rubber bands!
I was having PT with their rubber bands which felt like a tourniquet and saw these bands and decided to give them a try. YES. So much better!!!!

Nice feel bands
I like how sturdy the bands are. I wish they had stronger resistance. I have to wear the x-heavy with light band to get the resistance I need. But maybe that’s a me problem.

Exercise Band that Don”tRoll When Exercising
Unlike the rubber bands, these bands do not roll down and are very comfortable, and the heavy ones are very strong.

Nice quality- love the texture compared to typical rubber workout bands
These are really high quality bands. Love the texture as well as the ability to use the buckle instead of pulling them up my legs like traditional workout bands.

Excellent quality
These bands feel secure, not flimsy, like the rubber ones do on my skin.

Las bandas no son lo suficientemente elásticas para realizar ejercicios como sentadillas sumo o sentadillas búlgaras, fue muy decepcionante recibir un producto que no cumplió con el propósito por el cual lo adquirà además que están muy caras

Perfect for not getting shoe dirt on your mini bands. We call the black one a seatbelt because it’s basically impossible to stretch. We’re talking maximum stretch of 1 foot for lateral steps. 10/10 entertainment. These are great for clients with limited mobility.

Looking to add some resistance to your workouts? They’re lightweight and portable, and the price is right. My girlfriend has used them and just loves them. They don’t seem to slip when using them and there’s lots of different resistances to choose from. Youtube is a great source of material to watch what trainers do while using these bands.
