Truly supports joints
I am a distance runner who was starting to feel the negative effects of my frequent, lengthy runs. Just aches, pains, etc. I started taking this as directed (3 pills daily) and have felt a drastic difference. Highly recommend for active folks who feel their youth slipping away.

Relieved my shoulder pain
A few months ago, I hurt my shoulder at the gym. I laid off the weights for a bit hoping that it would get better, but it just got worse. My wife reminded me that I had the Peregrune Joint Support in the medicine cabinet (I stopped taking it since I wasn’t running in the winter), and so I decided to give it a shot. Costco Glucosamine has more active ingredients, is approved by SP, and much more cost effective. This one doses 3 capsules per day so lasts only a month.

It’s a supplement – what else?
If you’re a runner and don’t have the greatest eating habits, taking vitamins and supplements is important. This package seems to advertise the ability to provide what you need if your nutritional needs are lacking. The price isn’t bad, the product is fresh (not old, expired stock). I can’t speak for effectiveness really. I think it would take lab work to show actual results/improvements? I’ve been taking/ordering for over a year.

Cronic joint and compression pain Gone!
I waited 2 months for my calcium to wear out and now i am in pain of shoulder, ankle and wrist….We all have this if you are sport or active riders…..I just got this bottle from Peregrune Labs and Yes, what they claim is True! Took three at once and in 20 minutes all points were relieved……enough said.
