Great, quick, weight and ribbon workout.
This is a short 20-minute strength training workout followed by about 10 minutes of balance exercises and then a brief cooldown. You need the ribbon, which comes with the DVD, but also weights or at least 1 lightweight dumbbell.Doing this for several weeks now, and it is fun and it works. I am getting stronger but not too sore. Twice a week max to start.

This is a fun tape and it gets you not only moving but challenges your brain and coordination. I’m not a beginner but I like it for getting my heart rate up a little and it feels like a workout.
