The best back fixer!
Been experiencing some really bad back pain that could only be fixed from surgery. Used this since I couldn’t even move at all one day, and it’s soo amazing! I was able to move in the next 30 mins. Gives a nice hot cold icy affect and feels wonderful! Definitely recommend! Had to buy the 3 pack. Wish it came in a big bottle but these are good for on the go or travel too

It actually works
I initially got some on a whim from an HSA size and when it ran out my husband requested more. Anything he requests twice is a good product.

Depends on the type of pain you have…
While I liked the more pleasant spearmint smell, it just wasn’t effective for my osteoarthritis pain. After trying it, I gave the rest of the tube to my son who us in the Trades, and he found it worked well for work-related muscle pain. It’s a good product but I’m sticking with my original Tiger Balm ointment.

Be careful where you apply it, it’ll burn your eyes. Very strong menthol
First use today. After exercising, showering, then waiting about 2 hrs, I applied it to my chest, across my arms to above my biceps, and the top of my shoulders. It took about 10 minutes before the menthol vapor became so strong my eyes were watering. ***HERE’S THE IMPORTANT PART*** I DON’T CARE! because after about 2 hours I just realized that I have almost zero post exercise soreness. It feels like my usual week to recover has already passed since the lift session and I’d be ready to start it again. I’d be very careful using this. I applied VERY small barely pea size amounts to each area and rubbed it into my skin. Been a big fan of Tiger Balm. It really helps you with post exercise recovery as well as those aches we all get as we age. This will help me so much going forward giving me more time away from getting on pain killers especially for my sciatica, knee and feet pain. This should go very far for how strong the small amount thats needed.

Smells…
Although I am accustom to the mental smell of tiger balm ointment, I was not expecting to have the gel smell like I lathered myself in Pepto Bismol. Although the gel does give a icy hot burning relief, I would recommend the ointment over the gel, but if you can’t stand the oily facture of the balm it will do for minor aches and pains.

Tiger Balm Rules
I love Tiger Balm in general, but sometimes the scent can be overpowering if used at work. So I got this one to try. It’s made from Tiger Balm, but seemed geared towards sport injuries. So I got it thinking it might be even stronger. It did not disappoint! First, the scent is more like spearmint gum. Not too strong or overwhelming. It smells good! At first it doesn’t feel too strong. But wait a few minutes & it creeps up on you! I put it on my neck, shoulders, back and it feels soothing. I tried it on my feet/toes, but oddly did not feel much. But it works great on my super stiff neck. And if I’m feeling nauseous or dizzy, I just put some on my hands & inhale. Clears the sinuses & headaches. And people in the office think I’m just chewing a big wad of gum.
