    Excellent support for pronation
This ankle brace has been helpful in stabilizing my ankle, which has been an issue since my knee replacement surgery. My ankle feels like it has a stress fracture, causing a lack of mobility and hampering my progress during recovery. This brace provides the necessary support without being overly bulky, allowing me to wear it comfortably with my Skechers shoes. However, it is a bit tight when wearing dressier footwear. Overall, the brace has been effective in addressing the inward turning of my ankle, known as pronation, and I’ve found it to be a valuable addition to my rehabilitation. May by another one for the other ankle.

    Soft and comfortable to wear
This brace is easy to put on and off. It gives good ankle support and is easy to adjust. It is soft on skin and is not itchy. I wore it after injuring my ankle in a fall and waiting for a dr appointment. I now wear a boot because X-rays show a crack and a chip, but I will wear this brace as part of my recovery after the boot is no longer needed. This was a good purchase.

Great for later in the healing process
Great for later in the healing process as this doesn’t offer the strength and security of an “air-cast”. An air-cast will have the two metal stabilizer bars, one on each side of the ankle that you need after a bad sprain or twist. Once you wear the air-cast for a certain amount of time, then this is a great brace to switch into. It gives your ankle enough support while you continue to gain strength in your ankle. I had no problem getting my tennis shoes (Merrill, Hoka, Nike, Brooks…). And many times wore a compression sock underneath. I did have to loosen the strings on my tennis shoes. This washes up very nicely too. plan to wear this for a good long time as I had a third degree sprain.

    Works great, very adjustable
I’d never used any kind of brace before, but I strained my ankle and decided to try this. I think it helped! The straps are very adjustable so I was able to get it plenty tight enough. For what it’s worth, I also tried getting some ankle compression socks, but I have very thin ankles and the compression socks were too baggy on me so I couldn’t use them. I was very glad I had ordered this brace because I could tighten it as much as I needed.

Bodyprox Ankle Support Brace Neoprene Sleeve, Adjustable Wrap has made a huge difference in 3 days!
This breathable Bodyprox ankle brace has a hole where the heel goes, easing the heel issues I was having with a re-occurring plantar issue of medium/high intensity. I was unable to walk much and had lots of discomfort so I bought this. Right away, I could do some of my normal tasks because it supported my foot, heel and arch, which helps. I sat more than usual to rest it and did my plantar exercises. The next day, I wore the brace again and did the yard work I needed to get done for a deadline! I was on it for 3 hours, doing vigorous work. WOW! Not sweaty in my boot. It impressed me. That night I wore a new night splint for plantar and today I could do most of my exercise class that didn’t require lots of standing. I’m going grocery shopping now. Both devices seem to help in combination (brace by day, right angle splint by night for 3-4 hours.)I got a medium rather than going up another size (I have an 8D (wide) flat foot.) It would have been too big for my small bone structure. The brace is already just a tad big for me.I set my priority for healing and pain reduction, so I gave this 5 stars. The drawback is the complex directions which allow you to individualize for YOUR foot. I copied the picture and printed it enlarged. I then wrote down on each photo which flap went first. This 3rd day of use, it was pretty easy to put on.1st photo: sit with leg at a right angle from the foot and push the heel in the hole, comfy; the small label is on the left back side.2nd photo, The foot: There is 1 smaller flap on each of the front pieces. Put the right smaller front flap OVER the left (ie: the left smaller flap goes on the foot and then the smaller right one secures it on top without big gaps on the side. Play with this).3rd photo, the ankle: Left flap goes over the right one on the ankle to secure it (ie: put the right flap over the ankle and secure it with the left).4th photo, the foot to ankle: Left over right (ie: put the right one on the ankle and secure it with the left.) You need to pull these upwards on a diagonal to really support the arch. I think this is crucial! It’s worth my time to do it right because it helps so much. I used the labelled photos to mark each brace flap on the top with consecutive numbers 1-6 in silver metallic permanent marker. It’s so easy! Play around with how tight you like it, figure out how to make the side gaps minimal so it doesn’t rub, and how high to do the last flaps. Take the time; it’ll bring relief. I’m going to buy another so I can wash it more easily. I hope your plantar or other issue is helped by this too.

    Great ankle support.
Works well and it’s easy to apply. I feel the support whenever I’m playing volleyball and doing a lot of jumping.

“Best of best” of every ankle brace tried
I sprained my ankle, and big toe, on crutches, walker, – I tried everything. This Ankle wrap? By far the best for me. It adjusts to swelling, can go over a sock, under a sock, inside a shoe, you name it, it adjusts. My doctor who x-rayed as figured I fractured it? No fracture, ICE, ELEVATE, COMPRESS, REST – stay off. When visit was over, The doctor watched me put this on, and commented, “where did you get that? that is amazing simplicity, adjustability” – Of course told her it was $10bucks on amazon. SHE WAS IMPRESSED. something tells me she is buying one. Do not even hesitate, it gets 100-100 on review for me, I am up walking now, with this on, over sock. Its that good.
