Makes a difference in sore knees and ankles. Also helps with sleep. Amazing, who knew an epsom salt LOTION could be as good as an epsom salt bath? The magnesium sinks in through your skin, which is easier on my gut than taking supplements.

I’m giving it 3stars for now. I Just got this today and put it onto all my pain spots after a hard fall. Initially it went on super smoothe but afterwards left my hands and skin very dry. Will try it a few more times to see if it actually helps for my pain

For many months I’ve been having a lot of muscle pain in my right leg. I’ve been trying various pain relievers, both prescription and over-the-counter creams, all of which helped somewhat. Then I spotted the EPSOM-IT Soothing Muscle Lotion. I have used Epsom Salt before and had some success soaking hands and feet but to treat my entire leg would involve sitting in the bathtub on a daily basis. I decided to order the EPSOM-IT lotion. It’s first ingredient is Epsom Salt. Wow! am I pleased!! It totally relieves the pain I don’t know if I will continue to use it on a daily basis but if I try to stop I will do it gradually and I plan to always keep a tube of the lotion on hand. It’s easy to apply, not greasy, dries quickly and has very little odor.
