Really happy with it so far. My main need for it was to provide cushioning when I’m doing exercises that require kneeling or hands and knees. It’s providing that really well. My two reasons for not doing 5 stars are that it came with a couple small holes in it, and sometimes after kneeling for a few minutes there will be a depression where my knee was that takes several hours to fill back in. So I don’t know how long it will last.

So happy with my purchase. I bought this mat because I do both yoga and weight bearing floor exercises. It’s a bit bigger than a standard yoga mat – good. It’s way more cushioned than a standard yoga mat – outstanding! I am able to do exercises that require me to be on my hands, or elbows, and knees without pain. The mat has just the right amount of padding so it doesn’t interfere with balance. Best of all – zero odor. If you are looking for a great mat that will cradle your joints and not drive you from your home – you’ve found it.

Stains carpet
This product looks great. I use it in a spare bedroom for my workouts and after several weeks I noticed a black line forming on my carpet. I took the mat up and sure enough it has left a stain on the carpet. Even after repeated carpet cleat it doesn’t come out of the carpet. I would not recommend this product if you work out on carpet.
